SIX MONTH LIMITED STRAP WARRANTY

• At our sole discretion, we warranty our hardware for 6 months from the original purchase date.
• Damage and/or failure of a product due to misuse, extreme conditions, excessive weight (over 25 lbs), or other circumstances or negligence are not covered under this warranty.
• Original proof of purchase required for any warrantying of products.
• Pictures of damage and/or failure will be required.
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs both to and from SoRetro Straps for replacement/repair.
• Basic wear and tear, including frayed edges and leather wear, are considered normal and are to be expected with extended use of our straps.
• Leather discoloration and stretching is considered to be normal, as leather is an organic material and changes over time with use.
• This limited warranty is only valid within the United States.
