At our sole discretion, we warranty our hardware for 6 months from the original purchase date.
Damage and/or failure of a product due to misuse, extreme conditions, excessive weight (over 25 lbs), or other circumstances or negligence are not covered under this warranty.
Original proof of purchase required for any warrantying of products.
Pictures of damage and/or failure will be required.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs both to and from SoRetro Straps for replacement/repair.
Basic wear and tear, including frayed edges and leather wear, are considered normal and are to be expected with extended use of our straps.
Leather discoloration and stretching is considered to be normal, as leather is an organic material and changes over time with use.
This limited warranty is only valid within the United States.
