Almost all of our products are made to order, according to your specifications. As all of our products are handmade to order, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

SoRetro Straps cannot be held responsible for returned packages and/or that are lost in transit. If a customer refuses delivery, no refund will be issued.
