Registered customers will automatically be signed up and will start earning points with their first purchase. There is currently no cost to join our rewards program or create an account on our website.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><b>What do I get?<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 120%;\">For every $1 (one dollar) spent on eligible purchases, you\u2019ll receive 1 (one) SoRetro Rewards Token. Tokens may also be earned through various contests, giveaways, and other promotional activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 120%;\">When shopping on our site, the amount of Tokens you\u2019ll receive is typically listed on each product page, as well as on the Cart and Checkout pages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 120%;\">SoRetro Rewards Tokens can only be earned when purchasing through our website. Our rewards program does not apply to in person purchases.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\">Unfortunately, our rewards points system does not work with Afterpay transactions and points will not be earned when purchasing with Afterpay. This is due to an incompatibility with our system and we&#8217;re not able to change this or add points manually.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><b>How much are tokens worth?<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 120%;\">Easy math\u2026 Twenty (20) SoRetro Reward Tokens may be redeemed for $1 (one dollar). To get technical, it\u2019s $.05 per Token&#8230;sooo 20 Tokens is $1, and 100 Tokens is $5.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><b>How do I redeem?<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 120%;\">When you\u2019re done shopping and are on the CART OR CHECKOUT page, towards the top of the page, you\u2019ll see a line of text that says something along the lines of \u201cUse 50 SoRetro Rewards Tokens for a $2.50 discount on this order! Apply Tokens\u201d. Click the \u201cApply Tokens\u201d link at the end of that line and a text box will appear with your total available Tokens. Click the \u201cApply Tokens\u201d button to apply your SoRetro Rewards discount to your order.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><b>Is there a minimum?<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 120%;\">There is a $1 (one dollar) minimum subtotal required when purchasing to earn SoRetro Rewards Tokens.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><b>Do tokens expire?<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 120%;\">Yes! Resellers may not participate in the SoRetro Rewards Program. By joining the program, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or older and by using this program you agree that you have read and agree to all the rules of this program. You specifically agree to provide and maintain a valid email address and to keep SoRetro Studios informed of any changes to your email address. Your membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules. By participating in the SoRetro Rewards Program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from SoRetro Studios and it\u2019s affiliates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 75%;\">Participation in the Rewards Program is subject to the program rules, regulations, policies and procedures (\u201cProgram Rules\u201d) that SoRetro Studios may, at its\u2019 sole discretion, adapt and\/or alter from time to time. SoRetro Studios may amend or resolve the Program Rules or any aspect of the program at any time without notice. SoRetro Studios has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Program Rules.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 75%;\"><b>SoRetro Rewards Program Tokens<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 75%;\">As a member of the SoRetro Rewards Program you will receive tokens, which are subject to change at any time. To accumulate tokens for purchases, you must create and register an account on SoRetroStraps.com\/SoRetro.com. Tokens will post to your SoRetroStraps.com\/SoRetro.com account when purchases have been completed. Membership cards, tokens, points, and reward certificates have no cash value. You cannot give or transfer your membership, membership benefits, tokens, points, or reward certificates to anyone else.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 75%;\">The SoRetro Rewards Program Rewards program is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at SoRetro Studios\u2019 sole discretion, with or without notice. The number of tokens required to redeem any reward may be increased or decreased, any reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any reward or reward redemption may be imposed at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 75%;\">Once you redeem your tokens for a qualifying product and the product has shipped, the product is yours. This action renders the tokens redeemed and these redeemed tokens will not be reinstated. Redeemed products will be serviced under the applicable terms of their respective warranty, which begins on its shipment date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 75%;\">Tokens are only redeemable for select SoRetro Studios products purchased from SoRetroStraps.com\/SoRetro.com and delivered to an address in the 48 contiguous United States. Tokens expire one year from the date issued. It is the sole responsibility of the SoRetro Rewards Program member to check the accuracy of the quantity of their tokens. Not all products purchased qualify for reward tokens. Bonus tokens may be available from time to time for the purchase of specific products and or promotions. SoRetro Rewards Tokens can not be awarded or applied to any on site orders, including by not limited to, in studio purchases, purchases\u00a0 made at shows and\/or events, and purchases made through resellers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 75%;\"><b>SoRetro Rewards Program Token Redemption<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 75%;\">As a member of the SoRetro Rewards Program you are eligible to earn tokens for qualifying purchases. As tokens are earned you can redeem them for select SoRetro Studios products. Maximum redemption per order is $55.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 75%;\">Where you live in the United States will determine if you are responsible for any applicable taxes based on applicable federal, state, or local laws. Tokens earned and rewards redeemed through the SoRetro Rewards Program may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability and obligation to disclose the receipt of points or rewards is your sole responsibility.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 75%;\"><b>Non-Qualifying Purchases<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 75%;\">The following items are considered non-qualifying purchases for which points will not be awarded: Purchases made before January 1st, 2021 , pre-orders at the time of deposit (the tokens will be awarded at the time of final payment or at the time the product is picked up), purchases made for resale, discounted stock, discontinued products, restocked and refurbished products, any products received as FREE from SoRetro Studios, redemption, contests, or giveaways, testing products products,\u00a0 on site orders, in studio purchases, purchases\u00a0 made at shows and\/or events, and purchases made through resellers. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the phrase \u201cpurchases\u201d means purchases less returns.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 75%;\"><b>Membership Expiration, Cancellation and Termination<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 75%;\">Memberships may be canceled at any time by notifying SoRetro Studios by email. Cancellation may take from 6 to 8 weeks to finalize. Upon cancellation your membership will be inactivated. If your Membership is revoked, any tokens in your account will automatically be removed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 75%;\">In the case of fraud or abuse involving the SoRetro Rewards Program, token credit or reward issuance, SoRetro Studios has the right to take appropriate administrative and\/or legal action, including but not limited to revocation\/cancellation of any reward and\/or termination of your Rewards Program eligibility, and all tokens earned through the SoRetro Rewards Program may be forfeited and your SoRetro Rewards Program account(s) closed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 75%;\">In situations involving errors or misuse of the program, we specifically reserve the right to freeze an account and stop future redemption of reward tokens issued. SoRetro Studios reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason or no reason and at its sole discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 75%;\"><b>Reseller, Dealers, and Distributors<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 75%;\">Reseller, Dealers, and Distributors are specifically excluded from the program. If you purchase items for resale, we reserve the right not to award tokens, to deduct improperly awarded tokens, to invalidate improperly issued reward certificates issued from such accounts, as well as to terminate the membership and decline to permit anyone associated with the resale activity or the account to enroll in SoRetro Rewards Program Rewards or any SoRetro Studios loyalty program. We have sole discretion over whether to deem any purchase a \u201cpurchase for resale\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 75%;\"><b>Participation Exclusions<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 75%;\">SoRetro Studios employees and their respective parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotions agencies, affiliated companies, sponsors, vendors and the immediate family members of and members of the households of such employees are not eligible to participate in the SoRetro Rewards Program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 75%;\"><b>Member Communications<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 75%;\">You may view your membership activity by logging in at SoRetroStraps.com\/SoRetro.com. For information about your membership, contact SoRetro Rewards Program Member Services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 75%;\">For information or questions regarding the Program Rules, email info@soretrostudios.com.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 75%;\"><b>General Program Information<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 75%;\">SoRetro Studios has the right to terminate the SoRetro Rewards Program at any time for any reason or no reason and with or without notice. In that event, the right to earn tokens and redeem rewards will end immediately, regardless of the extent of your participation in the SoRetro Rewards Program. SoRetro Studios may terminate the SoRetro Rewards Program, in whole or in part, effective immediately in any jurisdiction(s) if required to do so by applicable law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 75%;\">Eligibility to participate in the SoRetro Rewards Program, including but not limited to; any rewards that may have been earned and in process, may be revoked or suspended at SoRetro Studios\u2019 sole discretion if a participant fails to pay any amounts due to SoRetro Studios or its affiliates. The awarding of tokens and the redemption of rewards are void where prohibited by law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 75%;\">SoRetro Studios has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the SoRetro Rewards Program Rules, and all questions or disputes regarding these SoRetro Rewards Program Rules will be resolved by SoRetro Studios in its sole discretion. SoRetro Studios reserves the right to make changes to its website, and these disclaimers, terms and conditions at any time.
